These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and zz77 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the zz77 website accessible at https://zz77.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, crash games, table games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by zz77. Such conduct may also result in permanent account closure.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players registering their first zz77 account only. A player who closes their account and re-registers, or who registers a second account following self-exclusion, is not eligible for a welcome bonus on the subsequent account. The specific welcome bonus offer, including the deposit requirement, bonus amount, and wagering requirement, is set out in the current promotion terms available on the platform at the time of registration.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond zz77's reasonable control (including internet service provider failures, force majeure events, and third-party payment processor outages) may result in temporary platform unavailability. zz77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during any such period of unavailability.

zz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
